Affect Regulation Skills Training a specialized way of repairing early bonding deficits, and the resulting difficulties in feeling, recognizing and soothing one’s emotions. Problems in this area are at the root of many relationship and addiction issues.

Group Therapy: Kim runs several Women’s Support/Therapy Groups focusing on creating solid relationships with other women. Topics frequently include: Boundaries; Living from your Heart; Getting connected with yourself, others, and God; Keeping Solid Inside despite circumstances, Making Your Life Work, etc.

Couples Communication Training:   Kim is a trained provider for these educational programs, in which you and your partner participate together. These classes will help you enjoy each other more, increase intimacy, make mutually satisfying decisions, reduce tensions and manage differences, as you create good times together.
     COUPLE COMMUNICATION I, an award winning
     program, helps you understand yourself and your
     partner better as you learn skills to communicate
     effectively about day-to-day events and important
     issues.
     COUPLE COMMUNICATION II, the advanced
     program, extends the use of skills taught in COUPLE
     COMMUNICATION I into processes for you to take
     charge of your relationship, manage anger better, and
